Written Notice and Demand for Payment of Account - Corporation (North Dakota)

This Written Notice and Demand for Payment of Account form is for use by a corporation that has provided labor, materials, or services for the improvement of real property to request that the owner pay the outstanding amount due on the individual's account. If payment is not made within fifteen days of the date of mailing this notice, the individual will perfect the mechanic's lien against the building, improvement or premises according to law.
