Specific reference is made to the previously executed power of attorney and the date of its execution. You may revoke a power of attorney for finances and property and invalidate it at any time by destroying it, by directing another person to destroy it in your presence or by signing a written and dated statement, such as this form, expressing your intent to revoke.
