Consent of Occupier Allowing Use of Premises as Registered Office
According to Section 143 of the Corporations Act 2001, a company that does not occupy the premises at the address of its registered office must be able to provide to the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) the occupier's written consent to the company's use of those premises as its registered office.
