Notice of Assignment of Account

This Notice of Assignment of Accounts gives formal notice that an account has been assigned to another party (the “assignee”) and that all future payments should be made to this party. This notice sets forth the detailed specifics of the assignment including the name of the debtor and the name and address of the assignee. It also sets out the date of account, invoice number, amount of account and terms of payment. It is important that this type of assignment arrangement be set out in writing.
