Fee Agreement
A Fee Agreement establishes the parameters for work done between a client and a service provider. If you've found a company or individual for a particular job, or you've been contracted to do a specific project, a Fee Agreement can be used to define the terms of the agreement in advance. Use the Fee Agreement document if:
- You've found the right person or company to provide services to your business, and you want to establish the terms of the service and payment.
- You have been contracted to provide services to a client, and you want to establish the terms of the service and payment.
