Bylaws of a Nonprofit Organization - Multistate

This form states that a certain corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, literary, and scientific purposes, including for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations within the meaning of 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986. Other sections of the bylaws discuss: directors, membership, and corporate officers. A certificate is attached to the bylaws which states that the officers and directors ratify and adopt the bylaws as the bylaws for the regulation of the affairs of the corporation. (more...)
